Engima is mainly better, even if you dont teleport.

Grief/god ba or pb + exile 65ed/121 ar or 45@

Remember to flash holy freeze. The enemy will recieve 100% slow. This means that if an enemy is a barb or wirlsin you gonna land so many hits prior to his wirl ends and ur exile will fill ur life up.
If its a smiter you win that duel ez with ur bm slow.

For a pure SVS build:
Swap theese:
Blackhorns for shako '40ed/15ias or 30lr/30ed/9str/7fhr or 9dex
Gleglaws for 20ias/str/dex/life/lr/10cb gloves
Exile for ST life/ed/ar with 4 x 30ed/9str/7fhr/30lr or the same socs in a jstod with 65ed base

If u want to use ur btal for something relevant you should make cold sorc with:
Btal 'cham'
Bug belt
10fcr/str/dex/mana/@ ring
soj
ashley's atma's boots
Snatchi gloves /// frost when nn mb
2sorc/20fcr/str/dex/mana/2 soc 2 x cold facet helm
2sorc/20fcr/mass str/mass mana
DF 5/5 facet + Spirit or even sop.

Ofc as ES and statted for max block.
I had this sorc before it expired and it slayed! It toys with bowa, smiter, barb, ghostsin etc...

Cool es fb sorcs can be made with btal as well.

Other use for btal is wierd walk fun chars like forexample bear pala or bear sorc or whatever xD And ofc FOH.
