What are you talking about. There are the same ratio of bots in hc too, it's just a question of configuration. The items were always more expensive in hc, since there are less people farming premium spots and losing items in death.



Hardly anyone is dying in hell nowadays when everyone is boxing with bo barbs, so you have to seriously fk up to die.
Also most of the players are already done with ladder, but botters are gonna continue. So when less people are buying items and botters continue to hoard -> prices drop even faster. I've seen infinity being sold for 2.5k today. The ladder is done. It was a fun weekend and... it's gone.

You do realize botters are picking up crumbs left by dupers?
Dupers run lets say 15 or 20 bots until one of them finds a Jah or a Ber or whatever. It can even be a lower rune.
They will dupe it 1k times, transmute in cube to higher runes then dupe those and crash market immediately.

Hardly doubt that duping is a thing anymore. The most known duping bugs have been fixed. People just running hundreds of bots. They were able to get dclone on the first night when most people haven't even reached hell so nobody will get anni for free. And spawning dclone wouldn't work with duped sojs. So botters must have farmed ~100 sojs already to do it. So no doubt they are able to farm hundreds of runes on the first day too. I know they are able to complete the game by themselves and farm different spots silmutaniously in p8 game. And for example 1 bot farming arcane sanctuary in p7 game for 12 hours straight I guess would find at least 1 jah or ber on average if not more.

I have played a little ladder in 2 seasons of ladder since 2000... We did not ladder for 20 years. We pvp'ed for 20 years.

you also probably believed there weren’t bots early 1st season. They just sold items more slowly to make it seem like there weren’t bots because noobs would pay like 10k for a ber… because they thought bots didnt exist.
then public bots took over, fg hungry noobs stopped caring and started posting their 100 bers for sale all at 1 time, crashing economy

there was thousands of bots day 1 of d2r, bots were even running during d2r beta
