You can shop a wand with the skills on if you don't have a point in them already.

Or shop a +3 Teeth wand, fill your inv with with mana pots and just run and shoot her.

install lod because classic realm is dead, at least with lod you will have (some) players and even then west is a ghost town and east is only a little better.
