Leech doesn't work that well on Java as you main source of dmg is fury, which is ligntning and tiny bit phys. Only the phys leeches.

Many, me including, wear a phoenix monarch to avoid mana issues. Some on offhand but I can't stand the activation time so just rock it on mainhand. You virtually can never die with the +skills and one in avoid/dodge/evade. Even if your res isn't maxed you will not die as long as you can kill a monster.

On swap I run spirit shield cta which combined with my rare dual leech fcr ring hits the 76 breakpoint for Tele.

Pvm is noob trap. No need flexing over Pvm. OP has mana issues, Phoenix will stop them forever thinking of leech. You solo 8p tz96 and baal anyway.

I liked to use insight+prayer, then jab to help merc with li's. Grand charms can get quite a bit of mana bonus, 1 or 2 of them is not a bad investment.

Just switch.

Cheap is basically titans + Spirit and on switch Titans + Phoenix, this way when you switch, you are also replenishing your javs.

As for other gear... Maek boots is good. Choose the rest of your setup as you see fit.
