i only did pvp after year1 of d2 out of the 10 years+ that i played and i expected to pvp in d2r as well, however i dont know why I never got into it, probably because i'm getting old and my reactions aren't fast anymore so i lost interest in pvp, if this is true then i suppose that makes more sense.

i think another reason is because D2R is just anti social
no friends list, chat is broken, no incentive to PvM with people
no one PvP'ing because its a joke
just a hundred games with 1 person in each of them

why do people play WC3 and not Reforge ?

cuz its not same game mechanics, they fucked it up real bad,



people play pirat version or physical CD

Using something like xkai to play via internet ( battle.net shutdown) for wc3

For d2lod vs d2r

-WW broken mechanics (hit registry issue)
-IAS changes (breakpoint)
-FHR/Stun mechanics ( pretty much gone, can only stun once ever 3-4sec)
-Skill balance changed (some nerf some buff, like WW nerfed, Sprit & bone nec buff)
-WSG gone,
-Strength Bug (gone, most actually invest useless point in strength, to wear the gear)
-QoL (some good & some bad)

The key is that PvP does not feel the same anymore,
(This is the reason D2LoD is still alive after 23years)

no one plays d2lod for PvM, the game take less then 2 hours to beat......

Then nothing, lives go on, moveing over to other games (definitely not d2r) xD

There are private server for d2lod (Asgard,D2GA) but meh xD

better move over to others games

Got news for you, so can D2R, it has nothing to do with people having outdated PCs. LoD is far superior for obvious reasons, and it wasn't toyed with as much by this worthless classic dev team that messes up everything they touch.

but heres the deal lod will never get more than maintenance ever
d2r can be fixed or made better than it is theres no chance in hell lod will ever get a upgrade its as ancient ast supermario bros

d2r however isnt it can be fucked with and put back if they wanted to
they have people that can actually tweak the game or not touch it i prefer it the way it is lod is old its dusty its musty the people are old and dusty musty to

so let it die along with its players
