I think perhaps similar to when necro revives the big maggots and then can spawn the little maggots which are still summons but act like monsters and can kill players to make them lose exp

lol yeah ive seen this before in a public pvp game years ago, exact same thing immortal fallen running around outside of town
at the time had no idea how it happened
was playing wolf druid and gave it rabies so it could infect other players lol

when those act 2 maggots poop out their offspring while revived i think the baby maggots are immortal or you can kill them idk but they can poop out in blood moor for instance

act 2 hell clear rocky waste

sometimes a leaper just wont die but will have taken damage but will have 1% left. i have seen this a few times but i cannot confirm anyone else has seen.

This is an old bug i expirienced it in act 2 those jumping mobs
