This is clearly a server side issue Blizzard will have to resolve and a support ticket, describing this problem, needs to be initiated. If no one else initiates a support ticket on this subject, by the end of the day, I will.

its very early in the morning in Los Angeles now.
Its 10 hours back comparing to what we have here in europe.

I think they are still sleeping
