if u google blizzard maintenance and go to the eu.battle.net forum (article) it's given that this week (22nd till 23rd) there is a maintenance.
on the us.battle.net forum in the week's maintenance there isn't the d2 lod listed so far.

My source(s) indicate that reset will be in the first week of july, accompanied by a server-side patch related to a known issue affecting server stability. If you know, you know what i mean. Theres a little bit of an issue related to unique (to the item) item ids causing a delay that should be resolved soon

There may also be some ((b0t)) related detection changes but information i was given was vague and i didnt press the issue
