true, they will announce the d2 legacy dead in a couple of days

no d4 release will make d2 dead
when ppl play d4 and see that it looks like d3, theyll go back to d2

or maybe they will leave the d2 servers closed in order to have more for d4?

with the current capacityof D2L servers, there is not much to be gained. on the other hand, their servers for D4 were also overloaded on the first beta...

Blizz will not give up d2 , d2 is his brand ....= Rolex will not give up there old design or Hermes will not give up kelly bag old design

maybe europe more problem on weather or energy or blizzard d2 engineer staff

we may have to keep working and forget his bad habits of playing D2. life goes on.

I'll start to believe in some kind of serious troubles when all legacy realms are down for 1 week and above.

For now servers are up and working fine, the only component is not working is the part that responsible for the game creation, and also only on Europe. Legacy, especially after the mass exodus to d2r literally can be hosted on an average home PC, so talking about resource savings for d4 is funny.
What is not funny is the ignorance of Blizzard staff, who is responsible for the correct server work. It's like the Arreat Summit, which was working slow as turtle for many years, crashing the page every 2 minute, and then became en error page for the several weeks. But now it's forking fast and smooth. So they can do it right, when they want to.

EU is still down....it's the 5th day.

The server capazity used for d2l is low af.
So makes no sense, to say that they are saving those for d4.
It is either super duper error with something, or they just dont care that much at all anymore.
Maybe servers will automatically reset again like last time, when it took about 5 days..
