They also had issues against a Javazon with DAE and MB. Does the javazon have to put on a different shield to be GM?

I’ve looked at other GM guides (older however) and there’s never any rules on block percentage in the class specific section. Im not trying to argue to don’t mistake my questioning as such, just trying to learn.

But as for that specific case: I don't think a smiter can beat a bowazon without mana potions.

Second case: usually lightning fury amazons are not a problem because you just add absorption gear until it is nearly fair (thundergod's, then wisp, then a Lo rune in armor, etc.).

I would ignore any rules that limit block % because I am not going to respec my character just to duel some "professional diablo 2 player" on the internet.

Thank y’all very much I looked up that rule set. I wouldn’t consider their rules GM just a dueling league with a ladder ranked system. I’m fine with GM rules like sorb restrictions, no pots, etc his no MB rule seemed strange.

However I did find it.

Druids can only have 30% block against barbs in a 1v1 in this rule set. This is prob where he got this misconception. The block restriction is only in BvD.

I wouldn’t call that a GM/BM rule tho lol.
