Best Fcr Items? - Topic

Ok, but the real maximum is usually 200 because the game engine runs in integer frames.

I was really hoping they'd update it so things like 10% FCR actually gave exactly 10% FCR rather than 0. The game would be a lot more interesting.

Right, and the server probably runs at 25 ticks too to save on costs.

But I think the entire dueling aspect would be a lot more fun if everyone wasn't trying to hit the same breakpoints.
