if you want mf sorc there are cheaper + better options than the one you linked.
Since you should not telestomp as a sorc to start with these are the items i go for as a mf sorc in hc

Head: Shako (Tal helm works aswell if you got whole set)
Amu: Tal Amu
Wep: Switch to occu/tal wep if using tal set
Armor: Tal armor
Shield: Spirit 35
Gloves: Trang gloves (chancies works if you got 2x fcr rings)
Rings: Use what you want, i usually go for whisp + nagel or whisp + random
Belt: Tal belt
Boots: Wt (you can switch to aldur boots instead for more survivability)

stats:
str: enough to equip
vita: rest here, no need for max block, if you telestomp as sorc stay in sc

these items are easier to get than what you have linked and gives more survivability

This is for cold sorc right? I have full tals Blizz sorc on HC and was wondering about max block and energy shield. Will Energy Shield get me killed as cold sorc since I’ll lack the lightning points? So far I’m 88 with no max block and no energy shield but play very cautious. I used to always put one point in energy shield but someone recently said I shouldn’t as Blizz.

And what about max block? Do many sorcs so this in HC? Or is it only for telestomp softcore players?

this is for blizz yeah, you never telestomp in hc unless its act boss just so merc gets attacked then move away. skip ES + max block its waste of stats + skills (they are better used elsewhere)
i suggest you put 1 frozen armor (if you get hit they gets frozen and you tp away from mob), 1 warmth (big diffrence when getting better gear), 1 static(duh), 1 tele(duh), Blizz+Cold mastery(until lvl 27 wich gives -150 res after that synergies are better) > synergies

Yea this is exactly what I've been doing actually. I feel like I'm going to have too many skill points soon though, I guess the rest will go into static? I've already maxed all the blizz synergies
