I am on ps4 NA server and I can’t even open a game. I click join game and it just does nothing. Like it tries to load and then just stays at the same screen

WTF is going on -.- yesterday i shut down normaly my computer ... and today nothing work anymore -.-

I can't read german .. You write you reinstall battle.net. Does that mean you downloaded the game from the battle.net website? If not, that's the last suggestion i have.

One other thing you can do is to write a "ticket"; Meaning a private mail, to blizzard, on battle.net.

I'm thinking it might be a soft ban, that you might have switched menus or characters too fast or made games too fast .. and the server has registered this and thus you have gotten a long-term soft ban.. but do update when you get an answer..

If you want to pass the time playing another game that's on par with D2, i recommend Jagged Alliance 2.

that game seems similar to Fallout tactics: brotherhood of steel
but way more complex
