what shield should i be using this is my gear

I'd go with spirit 35 and then either 75 fcr on a deaths web build or 125 if you use hoto

im gonna use death web

shako has a die facet and i had 1 more to add to a sheild. my torch is 2020 my anni is 2019. belt and gloves trangs and boots travs for the mf. 30 maras rings are undecided as im not sure what to use, id like the mf so 30 nag would be cool if suitable

Seems like you have a low fcr for tele, doesn't that annoy you? I thought about TO gloves + arach + spirit for 75fcr, which would leave rings and amulet open for whatever u want most. Spirit also has the valuable +2skills.
I would definitely change the belt, cause you don't get anything from it. Yea some life and mana, but for the 40% cold res set bonus you would need an additional TO piece. Even a rare belt could be way better than TO. But i recommend arach for dmg and fcr.

So spirit would be my answer in almost every case.
The only other shield i can imagine is useful would be TO shield, cause you already have 2 pieces on you. Its 3 piece bonus would decrease enemy psn res. However, you wouldn't get the full +2skill value that you get from spirit, you wouldn't get the huge fhr boost, the mana, and of course the fcr. Also, with death's web + lower res you already decrease enemy res by a big amount.

Assuming ur gonna be stomping in pvp so id definitely go max block homunc. Also use a circ with fcr and arach. Shadows are cute too for necros with big fhr. And dwebs obviously. Fcr amy and ring

i like using trang shield, gloves and belt for the extra -25% enemy poison res makes it quite potent and it also grants you the skills fire wall and fire ball
which are both really fun to kill people with when they have 1 life left no one expects a FB necro
but yeah the block sucks on it so switch to homunc or ss vs barbs n shit or use vives
