Trying to connect to Battlenet, EU and getting this "You were disconnected from Battle.net. Please Reconnect"

Long story short: I was playing on my mac for those these years, but now d2 is not available on mac, so installed fresh d2 Lod on my gf's windows laptop. F
irst day no problem, but after a week tried to log in to my acc and I cant.
It's been a month or so and many tries to reinstall d2 lod, still getting the message. Heart breaking to know that I could loose my acc after so many years..

Need Help, Please!
Will Pay 100fg to somene who will help me to get on my acc again.

Did u use a vpn

I did! ..without realising.. but switched it off vpn, and still the same error. might need to wait for 14 days ban?

Make user on battle.net website and write to blizzard from there.

Vpn is an automatic 2 week ban or so minimum

dont try logging in during these 2 weeks, else u reset the timer

VPN is automatic 3 week ban tied to the account and each time you log on it resets time. getting a new cd key or ip address doesn't resolve the problem.

Contacted blizzard asking to unlock my acc, waiting for response now.

They will not do anything. Insts 2 week ban for using vpn.

I know, got the response with the link to support page, which I've read dozen of times before.. contacted them again "appreciating their help" and asking to unlock my acc asap, or at least to confirm the length of that temporary restriction.
