Question is if I get a +5 lightning staff and put 1 point into mastery will this be enough for nightmare. Obv I'd static him to nothing first.

static and +1 nova should be enough for nm - not sure why its not working for you. having 63fcr breakpoint helps alot.

static and a couple of points into nova or ts are enough for hell De seis.

static + hit him.. if he got rep life, use a light skill. nn need to put into mastery .

Jesus, bad advice given here. He can spawn regen in nightmare and be just as hard to kill.

Options:
1) use gnasher with melee attack

2) find a rare dagger with prevent monster heal and preferably ignore target defense, level 6 static field and level 1 thunderstorm after you hit him with the dagger. Static field level so he doesnt run away constantly.
These daggers drop common from normal Andy and mephy

3) change hybrid to orb/charge bolt
Charge bolt has highest dps for lightning skill and is only viable damage skill .
Assuming you are players 1 in chaos, 20 orb 20 cm and everything else to bolt and synergies, firewall staff in inventory for the rare lightning enchant, 1 into fire mastery.

More than players 1? Good luckkkk have fun, gg, you need lots of +skills to scale, eventually have to go with staff build and +7 all

i never seen som1 using gnasher or rare dagger to kill seis on nm...even if the most difficult seis is spawn he can be kill without difficulty. orb sorc let you many left skill, put on light and firewall.. static first , then kill him with skill or hit. its EZ, no need loost space with special weapon rofl

Then you are inexperienced. Although rare, nm sies can spawn cold and fire immune with regen in nm. Clearly you havent played enough to realize, and I was merely listing the top options to deal with it. Thunderstorm and static should typically handle it in nm but for those that dont want to invest, the gnasher is the fastest and easiest method

that why u need to have light skill , and fire skill as i said.. clearly my best dame was lvl 86, so i havent somthing to learn by you on this.

Thunderstorm /static are the best 1 point wonders

Nova is doable in nm, but not reliable in hell

Charge bolt has best dps but requires real skill investment

Lightning is pure poop

Ya really. I just got a friend. It was a lot easier.

I join first and I tele up to de seis. I get down on all 4s (behind him perv) and my friend comes in game. He can't tele so I have to be very still. When he gets to de seis he pushes him really hard. He falls backwards over top of me. Problem averted.
