Has anyone ever id'd and un id anni and had it turn into a blue sc?

anyone ever hear of something like this happening i'm so confused

No thats never happened ever to me

Never heard of it as well. Maybe the answers of the following questions might help someone else to answer your question:

- did it happen on ladder or nonladder? (What realm?)
- Do you have any way to look at the item level? (If yes, does it say 99?)
- Did you find the "anni" yourself, or did you buy it?
- What stats does the sc have?

no i dont have a way to look at the ilvl
bought the anni
the sc was a 4% cold resist

Someone probably scammed you. You might have overlooked the color of the charm or not have noticed a switch during the transaction.

Don’t ever buy an unidentified anni or torch, it’s easy to check the +stats on those items before they’re even identified. So if the seller is smart you get the lower stat ones guaranteed
