Iam tired of starting with Blizzard Build.
Firewall has been nerfed...

Any other ideas for builds to begin ladder and make good profit ?

Want to farm keys / mf early as possible.

Hdin with naj staff for tele charges or amulet/circ until enigma

Depends on where you want to mf.
IMO nothing will beat a sorc early on for tele. So maybe lightning for keys? Damage may be low without gear.

I started with a trapsin for launch, and that worked. Really missed teleport though.

Could go hammerdin for early chaos, or javazon/fishy for cows also.

My plan is to start with blizz anyway (despite the boredom) and swap to javazon as soon as I can afford some gear for her. I like running cows.

Thing is, a blizz sorc can do pretty much everything except pits. So I think you can’t beat her for efficiency in the first week. Other builds need at least some gear to do anything with relative speed.

You can also really easily shop a teleport charges staff with akara and resetting her inventory with cow portal.



Really easy to run nilathak with ~15-20 charges



It's pretty easy to run stony because once you find the path the stones always spawn near the path and you can see the red portal on your minimap

For Hardcore sorc is not best start, it needs equipment.

Best starter characters for HC are Assassin / Necro / Javazon / Druid.
