The most obvious instances for me have been iding blue rings while levelling... sometimes every ring has mf roll guaranteed, other times i make a new char and fcr is guaranteed. Its almost as if the drop tables are bugged... its not normal to find 10 blue rings while levelling and EVERY single one has an mf roll. Right?

Wouldn't be surprised given how buggy the entire game has been from day 1.

It's not bugged. The loot is not "truly random." The servers only call randomize() once a day.

Casinos use a different system to generate random numbers because there will be streaks and patterns in the output of the system that is used in video games.

A better way to describe the loot in d2 would be "chaotic" and not "random."
