Anyone have any idea what would be better to make for my summon Nec, I just found a second Sur rune I have the rest of the runes I need to make either Beast or Pride, depending what I do with the 2nd Sur. Either trade it for Lo, or cube them for Ber. Currently using Hoto, and Insight on Merc. OR the 3rd option is holding out to get Jah and make Enigma. Any advice is appreciated.

I'd honestly wait until you can build enigma.

All options are viable, but I enjoy using teleport to re group my summons into a certain area.

I find some like to roam around and do nothing and enigma has fixed that issue for me!


If you're also using this build to mf it will make thing much faster aswell.

Thanks for your advice, this is what I was thinking initially. Especially when I summon 30 revives and then 2/3 of them disappear because they can't keep up, and maybe it will speed up my runs to find more stuff to get Beast and Pride sooner.

i agree with enigma, it allows you to do so many more things

Best for grouping summons and just general better time

Just remember that if you play d2 ladder, reset is most likely just around the corner. Not d2r though.

I run a rich necro. This is my experience: In order of priority from most important to least in impact on gameplay- enigma, CTA, infinity, beast, pride. Pride sucks. Use infinity > pride because most of your damage is from CE (-armor helps too). Unless you are a zoomancer. Use AOKL to precast- you don't need HOTO. I went enigma first followed by cta, beast, infinity. I felt I would have benefited more if I got infinity earlier. Insight IG all the time.
