When legacy servers reset for ladder, I have a feeling that many will stop playing D2:R due to the broken 'new' BattleNet servers, I tried to play d2:r but it was good solely as an offline single player game. We'll see lots of new peeps going for the legacy games as the old BattleNet is what makes this game awesome!

For some reason, even from the very moment that D2:R was launched, there appear to be problems with the number of people wishing to play. From very long queue lines to when you type in the wrong spelling of a game your friend is in the access to that game is impeded, from roll backs where you lose items (even items you traded for) as well as the loss of levels and experience gained, there are far too many D2:R server problems. If you play all day, you may not notice. You will forgive the broken new servers. If you have a life, a family, and/or other responsibilities and you only play an hour a day or so, then I highly suggest not buying D2:R unless you love offline single player mode.
