When you first started playing Diablo 2. Before you tried battle.net ... before you knew anything about d2jsp ... when you would play just to play? For hours on end, just playing the game and picking up gear like a noob.
I mean completing every single quest, I mean walking around for HOURS in Act 3 trying to find Lam Esen's tome! Do you remember?
Maybe you had a friend or an older brother who showed you the ropes but you guys still played just to try to get through Act 2 in Nightmare because Dureil was the hardest boss you had ever done battle with in your life.


What I'm getting at is that I have been away from Diablo 2 and d2jsp for well over 5-6 years and I just reinstalled the game last week (obviously all my accounts are gone).
I'm looking for one or two friends who are down to play the WHOLE game through all of Normal and all of Nightmare (nn Hell on a noob character).
I had somebody rush me yesterday and I didn't even remember what the hell I was supposed to do half the time, I want to learn the entire game again like I knew it back in 2010.
I will only be here 2-3 maybe 4 nights a week at most but I'd like a buddy who's cool with dying a bunch of times when we face Radament for the first time so we have to go level up before we try again type shit.

I will be playing a Paladin or a Barbarian.

i feel you. I play PC for the rushed quick meta version of d2, and then i play 1 character on nintendo switch slow as fuck / solo self found to get back to the roots.
