I have noticed that a lot of people are making many low lvl duelers (from lvl 9 to lvl 37) on Hardcore East. Some are also making mid lvl duelers too (level 40ish 50ish, etc). So, I think this will be a good opportunity to organize legit dueling tournaments like it has been successfully done in HC Europe. I tried doing this already on HC East last ladder with no success, so this will be my second attempt to gather all legit duelers and organize a legit low lvl dueling tournament following this model: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=69426739&f=102 and these rules: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=69426739&f=102&p=468517322

We can organize lvl 9 tourneys, lvl 21 tourneys, lvl 31 tourneys, and lvl 37 tourneys. All we need are 4 duelers on each category to get a tournament started. If anyone is interested, please PM me, I really want HC East to become organized (Like HC Europe) and have fun with legit dueling tournaments too.

If I see HC East interested in this, I will then elaborate more on this.

I just had a good idea a few mins ago when I was taking a shower after doing some exercises. I was thinking the following: HC East is like the Old American Wild West, too many warriors (duelers) but too savage (disorganized). Its hard as hell to try to host and make a tournament on HC East, so I had a wonderful idea, why dont we make a "1v1 Ladder/Table" instead, like I do with my own duelers, but instead of being my duelers only, to make it with everyone willing to duel and get their duels registered (with certified trusted referees) in the statistics. Let me explain myself better.

In my own lists I have the Glorious Undefeated Champion Bavarian-Hulk as #1 with 17 victories and 0 defeats (from 1v1 legit melee duels) in the High Lvl Dueling bracket, and the rest follow below. The same can be applied in this case but different categories:

Name of the bracket (maximum level for that category)

Low Level Categories:
◘Low Lvl Dueling A Ladder (lvl 9 max)
◘Low Lvl Dueling B Ladder (lvl 21 max)
◘Low Lvl Dueling C Ladder (lvl 31 max)
Melee Low Lvl Dueling D Ladder (lvl 37 max)
Non-Melee Low Lvl Dueling D Ladder (lvl 37 max)

Mid Level Categories:
Melee Mid Lvl Dueling A Ladder (lvl 42 max)
Non-Melee Mid Lvl Dueling A Ladder (lvl 42 max)
Melee Mid Lvl Dueling B Ladder (lvl 69 max)
Non-Melee Mid Lvl Dueling B Ladder (lvl 69 max)

High Level Categories:
Melee High Lvl Dueling Ladder (no limit/99 obviously)
Non-Melee High Lvl Dueling Ladder (no limit/99 obviously)

These are the categories and brackets set in stone, whoever comes with their BS I dont give a damn im hosting this thing.

It looks like too many categories, but its the best way to do it when it comes to 1v1 challenges, and to make it fair, we have to divide it in brackets like that because it wouldnt be fair to have in the same ladder positions statistics a lvl 37 and a lvl 9 char, since those two are different brackets.

Anyway, to make the duel a REGISTERED duel, I can choose certain trusted "judges/referees" who must be a witness that the duel actually happened and the rules were followed.

I could start the ladder putting Bavarian-Hulk in the first place of the "Melee High Lvl Dueling Ladder (no limit/99 obviously)" statistics table, but I think it will be fair to start from scratch this year 2014.

At the end of 2014, we will know who trully were the best duelers of 2014. We already know the best "Melee High Lvl Dueler" on 2013 was Bavarian-Hulk with an impressive record of 17-0, but this year a new statistics table will be set and this is how its going to be done on HC East due to the difficulty of hosting a tourney on this server.

Another point to be taken into consideration, if a character is killed dueling on a "registered duel" (with a referee) that dueler will be considered "dead" and will not add any more points into his name and house, but if the owner wants to make another dueler with the same name, then in the statistis table, ill add a "#2" after the name to make a difference between the previous version of that char that died and this second version.

Statistics table will be exactly like the ones used on the european server, with victories, defeats, ties, except with no "tourney points" because these will not be tournaments, but 1v1 challenges. So, each victory will give the character (and the house) 2 points, a tie gives 0 points and a defeat -1 point (for both the char and the house).

For example:

As you can see, both Bavarian-Hulk and Gaus-Falador belong to the house of the Golden Order, so in the "House" table, both records are added into the Golden Order house. I will add the "Status" (dead or alive character) on the "Individual Dueler" table, and could add the "Kills" column, just like an extra statistic, but the most important thing is to actually win the duel.

I informed him about missing brackets of 14-17 & 18-20 also, some of us have multiple duelers :)

Count me in on the tournament, willing to duel off multiple characters #yolo #swag lol

I think in the low lvl categories I can add the lvl 14s category and make it like this:
I know lvl 14s and lvl 34s are missing, but didnt want to make many categories, but I can add category 14s and make it this way:
Category X: (max level possible for that category)
Category A: Lvl 9s
Category B: Lvl 14s
Category C: Lvl 21s (lvl 18s enter into this category, so I would just recommend leveling them to lvl 21, since thats the lvl req for 3max/ar/15 lifers)
Category D: Lvl 31s
Category E: Lvl 37s

Note: I could have made a lvl 34 category, but I dont want to make toooo many categories, so if you have a lvl 32 or 34, just level it to 37.

And rise the mid lvl category A from lvl 42 to lvl 49, because I have heard other people who are willing to make lvl 49s.

So on mid lvl dueling, it could be:
Category X: (max level possible for that category)
Category A: Lvl 49s
Category B: Lvl 69s

If you guys have duelers on these categories and are willing to duel another duelers of the same category/bracket, then lmk and ill be referee and start registering the duels to add them to the ladder/table. :)

The lvl 18s enter into the Category C, so you can just lvl it up to 21, since thats where the 3max/ar/15lifers are available.

The level after the category letter means the maximum level allowed for the char to be in that category, so its recommended to level it up to that level.

For example: if anyone has a lvl 10 dueler, it falls into the Category B. Because the max level allowed for Category A is lvl 9. So anything after that falls into the next Category, in this case, a lvl 10 falls into the Category B, which max level is lvl 14, so it is recommended that you lvl up the lvl 10 char to lvl 14 (max lvl possible for Category B).

CERTIFIED REFEREE FOR NOW:
Golden_Order

If anyone who is trusted wants to be a certified referee too, then lmk, ill need trusted referees because sometimes I wont be online to witness/referee all duels, so ill need trusted people to help me on this. Now, if I duel, then ill need a trusted referee(s) to witness my duel against my opponent. Thats how it works. We need this in order to register the duels.

To register a duel, we need:
1) Duelers names (and bnet or d2jsp accounts).
2) Level of the Duelers.
3) Char class.
4) How many duels they fought and who won/lost each and if there was a tie (more than 3 minutes duel are considered ties).

Ill need this info to start adding them into the ladder/table statistics.

Thats it.

New organized brackets:

Low Level Categories:
Category A: (lvl 9 max)
Category B: (lvl 14 max)
Category C: (lvl 21 max)
Category D Melee: (lvl 31 max)
Category D Non-Melee: (lvl 31 max)
Category E Melee: (lvl 37 max)
Category E Non-Melee: (lvl 37 max)

Mid Level Categories:
Category A Melee: (lvl 49 max)
Category A Non-Melee: (lvl 49 max)
Category B Melee: (lvl 69 max)
Category B Non-Melee: (lvl 69 max)

High Level Categories:
Melee Category (no limit/99 obviously)
Non-Melee Category (no limit/99 obviously)

Note: If you have a dueler and an opponent, and both of the same bracket, let me know to witness the duel and register it here. Check the latest post for updated ladder/table info.
