kids these days grow up playing easy games, just run around no scoping and spawn camping

no more do they want to struggle with stamina pots and punching mobs in blood moor

this xpac has been a success because we now have a warlock that can 1 shot ubers naked with immortal pets and can off screen in duels


whats next, a new act 6 with mobs that dont fight back? or maybe a turn based mode for kids to play on their phone or nintendos

maybe even buff drop rates for loot explosions or allow us to buy loot boxes for money

this is what the kids love now

Diablo 4 and immortal exist. Luckily Diablo 2 is its own game.

Turn based mode already exists, melee duels. You take turns putting on different pieces of gear and holding one button.

I got sick of stamina pots in 2001, but the problem lasts like half an hour, then you never think about it ever again until you start a new character, so it might as well not exist at all. I guess it feels kinda good when you drop stamina pots early on to keep on running. Game has also been very easy for over 2 decades

Diablo 2 is a 26-year-old game, and apparently, it makes players feel older than they actually are.

what has not changed is when a ladder restarts i live on homemade pizza and expresso until around lvl 80 LOL and when morning comes around omfg am i wired from the caffeine. i make the pizza from scratch and its dam good. ill post pizza pics next ladder.

I do need to upgrade to a hotter oven but it still comes out great.

what i have noticed is every ladder on restart there is less and less people. this current ladder we only restarted with 4 random people and this random guy was like IM STREAMING RIGHT NOW!!!! so i said your a 01000011011101010100111001010100 and it came up on the stream and i was laughing so hard because i was spamming. he ended up leaving and the party disbanded by act 2 LOL i think they were just noobs. in my defense he should not have said he was streaming, since i am compelled to start spamming. in a way the d2 community has not changed in we still spam a lot in games, sometimes for no reason.
