Does the Ias Pb give all of its own adds, such as Bers Cb% or Los Ds%, for Grief Pb?

But offhand bonus are pretty limited since you use all the socks on it.



I didn't test using less ias though. But you attack with the main weapon (grief) that's for sure. So they follow the usual rule:

yeah, reason why Im questioning this is so could use 4frames instead of 3frames, and put Lo for more Ds%, or Ber's Cb% vs high hp

That's a mistake. If my memory is right you never really reach 3frames server side, that was only what you saw. But you were hitting 4 frames.

I'm pretty sure that neither crushing blow or deadly strike would be used if you put ber or lo in offhand.
But that is really easy to check since the two have graphical animation when they occur. One is like an small red glove and the other one like a white light displayed on the enemy.
Just remove any other sauce of cb and ds (and critical strike from masteries), attack an enemy and watch.
