Would like to see options to tinker a bit with armour skins and weapon appearances. For example, the appearance of the axe imo leaves a lot more to be desired.

Any other quick doable fixes you would wish could be patched? Won't happen, but it's 2024 how hard can it be.

I mean, there has been "recent tinkering" with the servers.. just not the clients

What's wrong with the axe? Looks good to me, at least in d2l ... I wish they never released d2r... the curse of d2. I play d2l and am happy as a kid on easter.

That’s funny I’ve always loved the look of the axe / D2LoD appearances. I actually dislike D2R very heavily in regards to this aspect. I think all of the characters/item models are awful but that’s probably a symptom of nostalgia.

aha cheers! I haven't tried D2R but will take a look and some clips to see what you mean. But yea I dunno, I'm a big barb fan and think the proportions are off. Lol, clearly I have too much time on my hands.

As a classic player of Lod and d2r, they cannot do any justice to what they did to the Grim Helms. It just looks horendous and the channel system /avatars in d2r look awful too.

Oh man the grim helms are shameful. As a forever lover of everything Barb, I think the barb is the most wonky looking shit ever all around, the movements the armor appearances, the arreat style helms? What the fuck…. Again maybe it’s just my nostalgia for LoD.

I would have rather they stuck with the original models and movements ect and just polished them up / high res’d them. Redoing them was the wrong answer.

How many people play d2r?? 20k? Do you think they Will pay a team for any patch developing and lose money?
