You can change the name but for it to work the name must have been not used in 24 hours. So its easy that someone steals it.

yes but atm not cause the 12day expire is somehow broken

some chars even got deleted with 4days remaining

so far i noticed it just happen too chars that not got permed 2h ingame

in general the char has too expire and u have too w8 24h on top so u can use the ''Name''

but atm its broken like hell so risky (depends the name)
