Just logged in a mule account and some chars disappeared like they were deleted. Not expired!


Recently saw a thread with this.


Region : Europe
Mule account lvls 1 non expired. The remaining ones still have 40 days to expire. And even when expired they still appear on acc.

What the hell?

40 days? It should be 10 days and then 90 for chars you actually played 2 hours on. Never heard the 40 anywhere. They'll also disappear if they are expired and someone else makes a char with the same name iirc.

My chars were 90 days and the ones not deleted still had 40 days until expire. All were logged in same day. I do this often monthly basis

Chars that are on expiry timer can poof for some years now. Best to keep them off expiry timer.

I think they said when the counter is still active, like 30 days remaining

Notice I said expiry timer and not expired. I'll take the high road and bypass my own opportunity to use sarcasm!

I think it was two weeks ago. Servers were giving you random real down. Last day even wrong password error. They did somethinf and a lot of expired chars were deleted. Some people also got rollbacks.
