This concerns Diablo 2 LOD (Legacy), not D2R.

Do you use a glide wrapper? If no, why? If yes, what make and version, and what exact settings? Please provide reasoning.

I've had a look at some tutorials (both written and video) and the general gist is that the author has just done trial and error. In some tutorials opposing settings are activated.

Thanks for feedback!

Fairly similar here. No FPS cap though, only VSYNC activated.

I'll make a more detailed post later.

Looking for more input.

Nothing in particular. Just general input. Your name was a pleasant surprise. I'll write a detailed post later, maybe tomorrow. Got to secure some subteen terrorists now.

I'm using the latest version of Sven's Glide Wrapper with default settings except for that I got "settings/window-mode" and "settings/captured mouse" ticked.

According to the readme file adding "-w -3dfx" at the end of the shortcut target will prevent mouse jumps when opening the inventory, but when I use this any time I move the mouse towards the bottom right (mana bulb area) it will suddenly jump to the bottom centre (mini panel area).

When I use "-3dfx" I do not get this leftward mouse jump, but I do get the inventory mouse jump.

Inventory mouse jump is less annoying, so I'm using "-3dfx" now.

I still get the inventory mouse jump with "-w -3dfx", it's just less pronounced than when using "-3dfx".

For some reason the game window is at the centre of the screen with "-w -3dfx", while it is in the top left of the screen with "-3dfx". This is without touching the "centered" setting. I prefer top left, but I guess this is something I can tweak with "remember position" if I actually get "-w -3dfx" to work without leftward jump and the less pronounced inventory jump.

I tried out various settings mentioned in different guides, but noticed no benefit. I read through the readme and don't see any reason to alter anything from default. If someone is of a different opinion I'd like to here what and why. Thanks!
