300 duels is a very small sample size for meaningful statistics, especially when win rates are that close to 50/50
furthermore people use different build setups (at least i guess so), so this data is also biased and cant speak for the overall matchup itself

i hope it is obvious that the time span doesnt matter in case of sample size, in general duels dont yield results that are "more true" because they are spread over a longer period. i still stand to my point regarding the quality of statistical data, including the bias problem. especially since you brought up this point yourself...
not saying you are right or wrong, just mentioning that the data so far doesnt allow for any conclusions
