hello,

i have rare (yellow) tiara and I would like to upgrade it to diadem form.

is it possible to do so on NON-LADDER Diablo 2 character? :)

by that u mean , it's only unique / set who can be up elite version in Ladder only

but for rare , elite version can be reached even in non ladder?

i would like to know if being on NON-LADDER I can upgrade tiara to diadem if its yellow rare one.

rare 2 sox, druid skill etc....

can i do that ? :)

yes. rare (yellow) items can be upgraded in ladder and non-ladder, normal to exceptional as well as exceptional to elite

Therefore....its only ladder man.
This is what i understand from it.
I will not be able to make a diadem out of tiara on NON-LADDER.
