Assuming you buy everything from TP and go berserkers, I've geared 4 characters and it has ranged from 60-120g depending on market and profession.

16 gold per single handed pearl weapon roughly (so 45-50 if you make 3, Scepter, Warhorn, Dagger). This assumes you can craft it, because that's the only way to get Viper gear.
About 125 gold for the full armor set.
This isn't including the Sinister Jewelry, which you probably want to get ascended, since it's easy. You could buy Living world season 2, or you could get guild commendations/laurels (but your account isn't new enough).

You're going to need Weaponsmith 400, Tailor 400, Artificer 400, Huntsman 400, Exalted Mastery 2.

You also can't make any viper gear without having access to Auric Basin, so you'll need that too, but you won't be effective at all, nor will you be able to do skillpoints in the HoT area without gear (So no Reaper spec).
Just roll the good old power-necro with zerker until you have the necessary stuff to run it.
You could WvW for the recipe but you would be really undergeared and ineffective.

I wouldn't suggest trying to solo fractals. It's group content and should only be solo'd for personal achievments.

Best solo classes are Necro and Ranger because their pets can tank/confuse mobs.

Fractals are not exactly easy to solo though - some of them will absolutely kick your ass, especially if your gear sucks. Plus there are many game encounters you need more than 1 person to continue on.

What are you building, condi warrior or dps warrior? I think Condi warriors are more in need atm. I'd seriously give Ranger a try - easy to play, easy to tank, and with Druid you become a super needed char.

yeah I made a Warrior and I was thinking about DPS Berserker, The phalanx STR build or whatever

also, I need help running to get my elite spec points
I can't really see where to get them or if I'm supposed to only put points into certain ones
