are presents account bound or something? it doesn't say account bound on it.

because if thats the case, i'll just open the 6 sets of 5 birthday presents I got on the account and just sell what I can from that.

Is your only question about presents? No birthday presents are not account bound, and are worth ~5e or 10-15fg
