Ectos are currently ~10k each. That puts Plat somewhere around 0.25 fg per platinum (assuming 2.5fg per ecto).

In-game prices for the listed rare materials are currently as follows (I just checked the trader):
-Rubies/sapphire depend on market value (half way between buy/sell at the trader is currently 3.3 plat for rubies, 3 plat for sapphires)
-Diamonds are currently just shy of 1 plat
-Onyx is 3 per 1 plat
-Obsidian Shards are 5.7 plat
-Amber is 0.8 plat
-Jade is 0.6 plat
That puts your total lot value at roughly 139.4 plat or 34.85 fg.
