Just wondering why nobody on jsp seems interested in Gw2. (maybe just the smart people)

the rest of the JSP clowns are fooling around on D3.

Diablo 3 doesn't have ANYTHING on Gw2 . I've played both and I have to say that Gw2 is the victor.

Do you guys think Gw2 will get any recognition on this forum or in the gaming world in general?

of course it'll be a large following, at least at first.

if the game follows the same dynamic of playing skill being the one major factor involved in how successful you are in game, than many will be turned off from it and probably go back to d3... as they should.

All games lose about 20% of their population after the first 2-3 weeks of launch, its just the typical hype.

After that it will be mostly the people that want you want to be playing with, that is people that can handle more than 5 buttons.

I honestly don't care.

I know my friends will be playing, and I know this game isn't the easy, straightforward, brainless kind of game that people search for in stuff like WoW and D3. So it'll probably not be the most popular ever.

I've got the game and planning on playing ranger or guardian.

I also have ventrilo and skype so I can get on schedule and help out with everything.
I'm available to play almost every day of the week!

I just loved D2. So it really took some time for me to admit that D3 wasn't me.
Never tried GW before. But honestly when I check out the gameplay trailers I would say it have everything D3 misses. So i will probably give it a try.

Read around on the forums and websites and for now it seems to be a success.
