ngl, lvl boosting isnt really a thing in this game. you get free lvl 80 when u get an expac and after that, you get so many Tomes that u can lvl80 as many characters as you want
if new, id look into verdent brink in hot for HP train (free group event)
most of your gold will go to QoL stuff, so depends what u want. get a mount asap. gl
