The thing I miss the most about Guild Wars 1 is just doing things with other people.

Missions are easily finished solo, events are just a cluster fuck usually.

The most entertaining part about gw1 was just vqing/missions/pvp in large groups, I feel I get bored quicker in gw2. I love the game dont get me wrong. Im hoping once I hit 80 that will change, which ive heard it does somewhat.

My guardian is level 62 and I think ive partied up like 3 times..

I feel exactly the same way BUT I have a duo buddy in this game where we play our duo champs only when both are on and just work together on a common goal... this makes this game HELLA fun.. so i suggest u geta friend who wants to do this with you... i really have trouble playing this game without a friend playn with me.

I know, a lot of the jsp regs switched off of Sorrows Furnace besides Wretch, Johhny, and me.

None of my irl friends play any pc games, just consoles.

Wouldnt be ditching it. Borderlands 1 and 2 arent games you can put thousands of hours on at least imo

we shouldn't have to try to convince anyone to play this game or give it a chance, lol. it is their own loss if they lack the few hours it'd take to grasp the jist of the game.

people who don't give a game as big as gw2 a chance is choosing not to like it. i'm not gonna try to convince you otherwise, because honestly, it's no loss to me, no loss to arenanet, and i'm sure no loss to anybody else in this subforum. it is still a great game.

it was good for the first bit, but it drops off and it drops off hard. its an incomplete game; theres no arguing that. you quickly hit the wall of nothing to do for progress and no new content.
but yes, you get your monies worth of game time.

Wretch is playing about the same as me if not less. Its not the matter of having a life, it just takes time to progress. It just seems like you're saying you dont like it because you havent gotten out of the starting areas. I dont think you can say you really dont like the game yet. Hell my opinion on the game means nothing, yet. I havent put in enough time to truly say if its good or not. Its an MMO, just like every other one the real fun doesnt usually start until you're max level.
