I can't say that is the case...
I mean how did we get into the eSport of Guild Wars 1 in the first place? I had no clue who each top team was and had no reason to support any specific team (maybe except Americans).
It is just that at a high level of play and a game with a high skill cap - the matches can be quite exciting when things are on the line.
Ex: Teleporting characters [EvIL] vs ranger spike [iQ] on Isle of Dead. Match 2 a do or die match for [iQ] again getting demolished straight up on the Isle of Jade and then deciding to turtle in their base and wait for VoD to start - where they force [EvIL] to fight 8v8 and eventually lose due to their lack of being able to maintain healing 8v8.
Stuff like that just catches you. It just does.
@Wretch - Yes more exciting /w RA.
i agree with the skill cap. this is what makes LoL and sc2 both popular streamed games, because they both have a high skill cap, and of course they're both competitive games.
anyways, i'm going to begin streaming tomorrow, i have everything setup and fine-tuned to stream @ 1080p, and the quality will be in good shape.
the next time i post in this thread is when i'll be live. might make a new thread soon and have this one closed though
i'm looking forward to viewers pinging me builds to play in RA, but there's only one problem i'm having with this idea
i could actually use some help in finding a website that'll let you put together a skillbar, and give a template code, without actually being on the game.
i've searched google up and fucking down ><
