Been playing Cyberpunk all weekend. Has a few bugs. I did this one mission called 'bloody ritual', and I have been hearing a monster breathing sound effect since then.
I like it because you are able to hack badguys from a distance to either kill them or makr them go blind temporarily.
All in all I would recommend this game.

Picked it up last night and put 5 hours in so far. Couple visual bugs, vehicle glitches, and people like to drive into guard rails a lot, but nothing game breaking or affecting story/actual gameplay. Otherwise its been smooth.

Combat feels good: Enemies take quite a lot of body shots, but go down fast to headshots. You can craft near unlimited ammo to make up for this and difficulty comes from having a low health pool, so you cant stand there and mag dump all the time. The AI likes to push and the environment has lots of cover, so I end up repositioning a lot. (I'm on hard difficulty)

I love/hate the timed dialog. It makes sense and only appears during high-adrenaline scenes (like someone pulls a gun in your face) and really keeps you on your feet.

I'm sure everything will feel more polished after the 10 hour mark and I'm more accustomed to the controls and feel of the world. Still loving it.

The game is honestly a joke, The fact gta V on the 360 ran better, and has a more "realistic" feeling environment is sad.

Shoot at tires in 2077? nothing happens, GTA? the tires actually pop.
Stare a NPC's or bump into them? nothing. GTA? they will pick a fight with you.
point a gun at NPC in car? they just stare at you. GTA? they will run you the fuck over to get away.
Run over NPCs? they just halfassed fall down and "die" they don't have any physics, they don't roll over your car or anything.
Shoot at water? no waves/splash/anything created, GTA? all the above.

that's just a couple things, but CDPR prob won't be making another game, they are gonna go back to the witcher 2 days.

I don't understand why its only compared to GTA. I think its also a lot like Skyrim, Fallout 4, The Division, Borderlands, or Horizon: Zero Dawn.
I wish they would have delayed the game longer to deliver a more polished product for that price. Then again, I did buy into Escape from Tarkov....

i compared it to gta V because it's a 7+ year old game with a more immersive world.
Had nothing to do with specific mechanics like levels etc.

When you market it as "the most immersive open world experience" you should at least beat out a game that came out in 2013.
Like if you just point your gun at an npc.... they just stand there and do nothing...

I played it since a week now, pretty amazing really. It reminds me a lot of when I was playing fallout new vegas. Don't regret buying this at all.
