what does the code include? what does it give?

panzer IV/70(A), i dont play tanks much but would be nice to have a tank for squadron arcade events..which nation is it for?

Does it say what battle rating it is somewhere??

Got 170fg, I'll offer that and hope it's something good, but not too good, to be able to play squadron events... max battle rating usually is 4.7 and atm 5.0 for squadron events.

Finally found info on it, it's just 5.0, so that's good. Unless they changed the tier(looking at a Youtube video)
It's on the German tree, i don't have any Aircrafts on germany tho..barely...I main in Japan, Britain, USSR.

It might be useful. so ill still buy it tho...
