Doing a unique build, no one does, and crushing everything on my path in AoE4, 4v4
Landmark1 = Market (for 6 free trader bonus and extra hitpoints on the market, and no need stable)
Landmark2 = Generate (Stone) recourses overtime (the longer not collect, the more per min) (to protect traderoute in the mid/lategame with free castles)
Landmark3 = Siege workshop, to unlock Royal Culverin, and to upgrade siege ranged armour(normally on university)
Get 3 markets asap, build 100traders with it.
Since you not worker based economy, you can sack the starter towncenter, and build important building behind allies on the trade route.
Also rush some siege workshops in castle age, for defend.
Rush that free gold from traders upgrade in final age(pic), so all traders can go on wood.
Then spam castles in the traderoute.
You no need villagers after age4, save on food to age up
Best maps: Low wood maps, and: You can always ask a allied for a market in the corner.
+/-60 wood per min +10gold per min per trader (French only)
or ofc, 70 gold per min
so you get that 4000wood/2000gold per min for 10 Mangonels per 1min, to rebuild army in 3min.
Not that you even need it, since it crushes to fast, just incase.

Villagers a lot cheaper then traders, but do 66.6%of the income of traders, and farm instead of generate, for the same 1 supply,
And most important, markets cost 100wood, when towncenters cost 750recourses, allow a triple population spike after aging 1e time.
I tried this build for 1year now, very troll! Finetuned it alot. I needs that no fear spam traders asap mentality.
And keeping it cool! Sacrifice will bring good. Balancing risks.
