Hacks aren't so common anymore, I almost never see them, there is one dupe but I don't believe it's public, or it's just not very well known.
There are many many many dupe methods, most of which are very known.
And crackers are more prevalent than you think, just most are as obvious as nuking the server or spawning flying cows everywhere, or teleporting to thunderdome, etc.
