If this iswhat your talking about then no. You choose one of the talent trees, or your not going to be very effective when killing.
Yes, you can respect later. But there is a 60 day cooldown before you can do it again, so choose carefully :P

No i mean the crafting professions. e.g. prospecting, gathering, skinning, etc. You can pick and master all those?

The class trees i can respect that they will be hard to change.
I just went with marksman/ranger :P
