If you get graphical tearing do this, it worked for me and a few of my friends.

Open with note pad
Change scene complexity to 100000

That fixes it and if it comes back just turn Vsync on and off

Is anyone near Grishino/NW airfield that can give me a blood transfusion? I have 2 blood bags and will give you one if you need it.

Also, I've found 3 downed helicopters today and all they have left is the medical supplies. Is it common for the heli's to already be cleaned out by someone else?

Heli crashes don't reset their loot until the server restarts, so if it's been a while since the server restarted, you're lucky to even find medical supplies.

if you hear burning, or before you get to close and see 0 zombies then usually its fresh, you might need to just run away and come back or just wait a little bit for items to spawn.

if there are all ready items there that suck its prolly been looted
