Played this game for a long time when I was younger! 4th part was pretty fun also. Would be hard to tell which one I enjoyed the most, but I remember that the mistake I most often made was that I didn't want to engage combat too much until I had a pretty strong army but by that time, the enemy had taken most of the artifacts and collectibles around the map! :cry:
Played the game again a few months ago, would be down to play, but I'm working 60+hours a week lately so it'll have to wait. :wacko:

Yeah gathering a superb army was fun but it killed many possibilities in terms of gathering resources and finding artifacts 'cause if you didn't around early enough, you weren't collecting the daily resources from mines and etc.
Did people not like the 4th part? Didn't know that. I know 5th was weird and when I looked at the 6th part I thought they literally changed the game so much that it mustn't feel the same playing it. lol@creatures multiplying dafuq :blink: it's like a sudden death mode
