i mean how? it just stands there, i understand that the pack grows, but not really that it gains in exp :cry:

As i previously said, you can turn on/off any part of the game that you don't like, including exp gains for the creatures on the map (which i personally like btw since it gives more challenge).
Here is that specific example of the neutral monster experience gain, you can just turn it off.
