I think I'm getting it, I just don't know how to get better cards.

you have to either get lucky with the legend card packs, or trade for them.
either do card for card trade, or use the in game currency (holy powders and cure water)
sometimes people will trade for rupies, but that's like millions or so.

the old ratio was 100k rupies to 1 hp, but i don't know now with the event and all the money everyone is getting.

That's lame. I wish there was a better way than forcing people to multi to get more Legend CPs.

they're trying to stop people from doing that, but they're also doing a crappy event right now

They need to think of a better way to go about this, but then again, they need to rethink a LOT of things.

probably, but iono, they probably learn as they go and hopefully make adjustments to keep this game enjoyable.
if not it'd be a shame
