To all people playing wizards.

Go with 1 hp (get hit by Black Death zombie, this lowers your hit points - permanently), use mana shield. This will cause your char not to get stuck after being hit.

Secondly, do you know you can kill big D in 1s? Get a distance, autoattack him, open up an inventory window, unweapon while hovering the item over the weapon slot, the moment you're about to attack, equip it again. This will make you swing 1000/s.

Next, strafe walking is the boss when facing Succubi or any magic wielding foes. Try to walk in an X pattern.

Sorry if you didn't understand anything, English is not my native language, good sir.

The message I was trying to convey is that you can outsmart Diablo 1 with some easy tricks.

The first one being to lower your Hit Points below 10. The game will not allow your character to be stunlocked by melee - second post https://www.diabloii.net/forums/threads/diablo-1-bugs.673362/ written by a native (I suppose), should be more intelligible.

Second one is about a bug that can make you swing your weapon x1000 per second. In easy steps it should look as follows:
1. Get a distance.
2. Autoattack the mob, now you start walking towards the enemy.
3. Open up an inventory window and immediately unwield your weapon. DO NOT put the weapon back into the inv, just let it hover over your weapon slot.
4. The moment you're about to swing, equip the weapon again.
5. Now you'll hear multiple swings, with only one visual swing (this is how I won lots of duels Warrior vs Warrior, I attacked so fast that Fastest Block couldn't handle it). Requires a bit of a practice, though.

You can practice the bug on barrels, or low level mobs.

Now, to the third bug, this is how you dealt with mages. You needed to strafe walk to avoid spell damage. Even though you were hit with a spell, you still too zero damage.

If you happen not to understand, I will try to elabore a little bit more.
