For your information this is one of the most popular games out right now. No its not the most "streamed", but its the most played right now.

It is a great game.

Only thing I can see if someone reported you. Perhaps you were talking like how you do here in the forums? Perhaps you mentioned something in chat like "fuck these gold sellers already"?

These are all my assumptions, but overall you should be focusing on being professional and submitting a polite ticket to them in regards to your issue.

Anger and aggressive text gets you no where.

As you can see yourself your language got you trolled by multiple people already. Grow up man.

you can't sue over a ban anyways. generally in the TOS it says everything belongs to the company.

I am not a fanboy, I am someone trying the game and merely only level 20. Play maybe an hour or two a few days out of the week. I think the game has a lot to offer. More than any other MMO that I have played. One of the First MMOs allowing build diversity and combination of skills from other classes, while having stats? Come on we have all been waiting for something like this sense D2. Besides that I don't know if the game will last or be one of the greatest, but overall its still a good game.

I clearly stated those were assumptions, I am trying to make sure your considering all possibilities to the reason why your account got locked. The reason why I said all that is because if you did recall a reason as to maybe why you were it would help you defend your case. (I know personally myself I am fed up with gold sellers PMing me so I tend to write "Fuck you gold sellers" or something stupid.)

Again though I am just assuming you probably wrote them a nasty message saying their game sucks and not to buy it due to one mistake. Again that's an assumption. You know what that means right? I don't think I'm right nor wrong, just "My" opinion.

If you wrote them a message that was detailed with a description and polite I am sure you will get a reply within a couple days.

Overall I think you should calm the fuck down. You look like idiots who go on Yelp and bad talk a business because of a small minor mistake. Is your life in danger? No. Is your job at stake? No.

Give a working company who spends countless hours on support tickets some time. Nothing can be done at the snap of a finger. Shit takes time.
