So I just got to lvl 100 elite ng+++ with this build and it was great, its a build around ravage. I thought i would share cause I've checked around and haven't really seen another build quite the same, but here's the build

A little explanation on a few skills, first off shadowbind. This skill is amazing, it lets you take out entire groups with one ravage, its definitely my favorite skill for the build. Also I'm not sure but it seems like not many people use rampage but even early on it works really well with ravage since its based on cast speed, and it procs all the time, even on lower levels. Everything else seems kindof self explanatory, shred armor stacks insanely well with ravage and tier 2 ice shield is a no brainer, same with howl its just a great skill all around.
Also for gearing i would just recommend getting some mana steal on your weapon, rift ember is always a good choice, and some mana regen void embers really make it easier, unless you would rather chug a bunch of pots. Other than that theres not really any specific gearing.
For stats i guess its up to you, you know you need str, dex is nice too but you dont need to much, and vit is pretty much only good for shield users (if you plan on dual wielding i strongly recommend not putting points here) my base stats are as follows
Str: 340
Dex: 110
Focus: 5
Vit: 75

That's a pretty good stat ratio, a friend of mine went with 75 dex and dumped everything else into str, worked out just fine.

interesting. looks like a slightly modified version of my build. you should go into more detail as to what weapons/shield you use though. but very nicely done. good work!

Man leveling up I just used whatever wep had either sockets or mana steal or ice damage, I also carried a ring that just did 37 ice damage around incase I found a wep without but I recently gambled the netherrealm sword 4 socket 105 sword that I have 1 mana steal gem and a bunch of physical damage gems, enchanted with ice damage and using the critical factor shield for the extra cast speed, I have several vit enchants on my gear and block enchants on the shield to reach block cap.
